Conditions for submersible agitator
The submersible agitator should be able to operate normally and continuously under the following conditions
1) The medium temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃;
2) The pH value of the medium is between 5 and 9;
3) Liquid density not exceeding 1.15 kg/m3;
4) Long term diving operation, the diving depth generally does not exceed 20m.
Features of submersible agitator
1. The QJB type submersible agitator has a compact structure, small volume, light weight, simple operation and maintenance, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life.
2. The impeller has a good hydraulic design structure and high work efficiency. The swept back blade has self-cleaning function to prevent debris from winding and blocking.

Working principle
The stirring impeller is driven by an electric motor to rotate and stir the liquid to produce a swirling jet. It uses shear stress along the surface of the jet to mix, causing the liquid outside the flow field to generate stirring effect through friction. At the same time of mixing, a volumetric flow is formed, and a large volume flow mode is applied to achieve controlled fluid transportation.
How to choose submersible agitator
Generally, the flow rate can be used to determine the model of submersible agitator. According to the different process requirements of sewage treatment plants, a good flow rate of the mixer should be ensured between 0.15~0.3m/s. If the flow rate is lower than 0.15m/s, the effect of the push flow mixer cannot be achieved. If the flow rate exceeds 0.3m/s, it will affect the process effect and cause waste. So before selecting the type, first determine the location where the submersible mixer will be used, such as sludge tanks, sewage tanks, and biochemical tanks; Secondly, the parameters of the medium, such as suspended solids content, viscosity, temperature, and pH value; There are also the characteristics and depth of the water pool.
The required supporting power of the mixer is determined based on the volume size, density of the mixed liquid, and depth of the mixed liquid. One or more mixers are used according to the specific situation.
Precautions and maintenance for submersible agitator
1. Regularly lift the mixer to clean the entanglement on the impeller and pump body, check if the impeller is loose or damaged, and repair it in a timely manner.
2. Observe the trajectory of the liquid level during the operation of the mixer, and adjust it in a timely manner if it is abnormal.
3. Observe the vibration of the fixed rod of the mixer. If the vibration is too large, it needs to be lifted for inspection.
4. The normal operation of the mixer must be completely clear of the liquid level, and there should be no eddy currents above the mixer during operation.
5. The agitator is not allowed to run for a long time when the liquid level is lower than the vortex formed above the agitator.
6. Regularly check the sealing condition of the equipment, and promptly contact the manufacturer for maintenance if the sealing is poor.
