A submersible mixer is a device that can stir, mix, stir, and transport in deep water. Its main working principle is to use an electric motor to drive the impeller to rotate, converting the kinetic energy generated by the water body into mechanical energy, causing the impeller to drive the surrounding water body to generate strong circulation and tangential flow, thereby achieving the purposes of mixing, stirring, and stirring.
Inside a submersible mixer, the motor and impeller are usually enclosed in a watertight casing. When the motor starts, the impeller begins to rotate, causing the water to flow and subjected to strong tangential forces and circulation. At the same time, the fluid around the impeller is also driven, opposite the direction of rotation of the impeller, forming a rotational symmetric vortex structure.
This rotating vortex structure can quickly mix and disperse the particulate matter in the water, making it uniformly suspended in the water. In addition, the impeller and casing of submersible mixers are usually designed with a certain shape and angle, which can generate additional downward pressure to promote mixing and stirring.
