Process principle
The flocculation preparation station is an intelligent, fully automatic, and continuous integrated dry powder dissolution and dosing device. This device consists of a water supply system, a dry powder dosing system, a dissolution and maturation system, and an automatic control system.
This device is a fully automatic continuous configuration and dosing system for powdered chemicals. The dry powder agent enters the pre mixer from the screw propeller at the lower part of the hopper for pre mixing with clean water. The wetted material enters the preparation tank for dilution and mixing, and is prepared according to the concentration required by the user;
The preparation solution enters the storage tank after passing through the maturation tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops. When the solution drops to a low level, the batching process automatically starts. Both the preparation tank and the ripening tank are equipped with agitators to fully ensure the dilution and ripening of the agent. The preparation flow rate and concentration can be determined by adjusting the inlet flow rate and adjusting the screw shaft speed.
Composition
The flocculation preparation station - The main body is divided into two parts: dissolution and storage. The upper part is the gasification dissolution part, and the dissolution box is equipped with a solid-liquid isolation plate. A filter cap is installed on the isolation plate, which plays a dual role in distributing gas and intercepting solid particles. The lower part is a liquid storage tank, which can be used individually or in combination with multiple components.

Common forms of dosing
1. Chemical water replenishment and condensate ammonia dosing system
The ammonia dosing system can achieve fully automatic control; In addition to manual preparation, the preparation of ammonia solution can also be automatically controlled. When the liquid level in the solution tank is lower than the set value, the inlet valve of the solution tank will be automatically opened and closed until the high liquid level. The control of ammonia dosage can also be automatically controlled in addition to manual control. After PID calculation by the PLC program control system, the frequency converter will control the ammonia dosage of the ammonia dosing pump to achieve the goal of fully automatic dosing.
2. Boiler water phosphorus and salt distribution system
The preparation of phosphate solution involves directly adding trisodium phosphate to the solution tank at the dosing point, starting the mixer for dissolution, and controlling the amount of phosphate added in addition to manual control. After PID calculation by the PLC program control system, the amount of phosphate metering pump is controlled by the frequency converter to achieve automatic dosing.
