Working principle
The upper surface of the curved impeller body of a hyperbolic mixer is a hyperbolic structure formed by the rotation of a hyperbolic generatrix around the axis of the impeller body. Its unique impeller structure design maximizes the combination of fluid characteristics and mechanical motion. The equation of a hyperbola is a curved body formed by the rotation of the xy=b curve along the y-axis; In order to cater to the flow of water, the design involves inlet water from the center of the impeller, which reduces the turbulence of the inlet water and ensures uniform pressure on the impeller surface, thereby ensuring the balance of the entire machine in motion. There are eight guide vanes uniformly distributed on the involute double curved surface. The potential energy obtained by supplementing the inlet water with the self weight pressure of the liquid and the centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the impeller form kinetic energy. Under the action of gravity acceleration, the liquid transitions through a hyperbolic structure and moves tangentially along the circumference of the impeller. Under the reflection of the pool wall, a circulating water flow is formed from top to bottom, Therefore, a cross flow in the axial (y) and radial (x) directions can be obtained (such as a bi curved flow pattern diagram).
It is precisely due to the structural characteristics of the hyperbolic tank mixer impeller and its installation near the bottom of the tank that its working position determines its direct anti settling effect on suspended solids. In operation, it can achieve ideal mixing effect and effectively eliminate mixing dead angles. A larger specific surface area can achieve large-scale water exchange.
Installation
1. The bridge should be calibrated horizontally, and the half bridge frame columns should be calibrated vertically. The foundation bolts and connecting parts should be sturdy and reliable.
2. Place the shock absorber seat flat in the specified position on the bridge, correct the level, and then connect and fix it with the bridge.
3. The motor is installed on the shock absorber seat and connected and fixed.
4. Connect the impeller to the mixing shaft flange with bolts and tighten them.
5. Place the impeller and mixing shaft into the pool, connect and tighten the mixing shaft to the output shaft of the reducer. In case of water, the shaft and impeller should be connected and placed in the water first, and then the shaft should be connected to the reducer.
6. After the mixer is installed, the mixing shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal level. The vertical deviation is less than 1/1000.
7. After installation, remove the motor tail cover and manually rotate the fan blades to check if the mixer rotates flexibly and normally. The swing deviation of the mixing shaft should be less than 3/1000.
8. After turning on the power, jog and observe the rotation direction of the mixing shaft. From top to bottom, the correct rotation direction is counterclockwise. If it is the opposite, then arbitrarily switch the positions of the two power supply wires.
9. Electrical equipment installation must be carried out in accordance with relevant national regulations and safety regulations.
Working
After the installation of hyperbolic mixer is completed, a trial run must be carried out. Before trial operation, approximately 70% of the tank volume must be filled with water. Do not operate the equipment without water to avoid bending the mixing shaft due to uneven force. Pay attention to checking after trial operation:
1. Check for any abnormal noise and temperature rise from the deceleration motor.
2. Is the motor current within the rated range (it is normal to exceed the current for a short period of time during starting).
3. The oscillation of the mixing shaft.
In any of the above situations, regardless of which abnormal phenomenon occurs, the cause needs to be identified and corrected.
Maintenance
1. When the new machine starts running for 200-300 hours, it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil of the gearbox and clean the internal oil stains. It can be replaced once within six months to a year in the future; Please refer to the manufacturer's maintenance manual for the use of the reduction motor.
2. Regularly check the locking nuts and connecting bolts of the mixing shaft for looseness.
3. Regularly check the oscillation of the mixing shaft.
4. Regularly check the rotating components for abnormal sound and temperature rise.
5. Regularly check for any abnormal changes in current.
6. Before restarting the equipment after a long period of inactivity, the insulation of the motor should be checked to prevent sediment from accumulating for a long time, which can cause difficulty in starting and damage the motor and impeller.
